IceBear Technician App Features :
• Account Login
• Technician account has been pre-registered by Admin.
• Technician will enter their assigned email and password and app will validate with the system.
• The app will first validate that login details are correct and the technician will receive an email to complete the verification.
• Service Request Assignment
• Technician will be able to see the confirmed service request assignments allocated by Admin.
• They will see Date of Assignment, Time, Address, Customer’s Name, Service Request Type.
• Job History
• Technician will be able to view the past jobs they have completed i.e. Date of Job, Date of completion, Service type, service details, Address and Customer’s Name.
• Quotation & Price Submission
• Technician will be able to create add-ons by selecting a drop-down for service part.
• If technician selects ‘Others’ they can input free text and amount.
• Technician will submit the quotation and pricing and Customer will be able to view the quotation on their app account.
• Calendar and Appointments (View Only)
• Technician will be able to see a calendar view of their confirmed appointments and they will see Date of Appointment, Time of Appointment, Service Request Type, Service Address Location, Customer’s Name.
• Notifications
• Technician will receive notifications related to Job Assignment confirmation, Job Completion, Payment Confirmation.
• Technician’s app will have to enable their GPS Location Tracking to allow Admin and Customer to view their technician’s location.
• Both Admin and Customer would be able to view live location of the technician’s mobile app.
•. Technicians will tap on the Start Journey button in an appointment to say they are on the way to the customer’s location, and then live tracking is enabled. When the technician reaches the customers location, he taps on the Start service button to start the service. At this point, live tracking will be disabled.
• Once the technician arrives, he can add add-ons, pending notes.
• Job Completion
• When a technician submits the job as completed on the app, they scan the QR code from the customer app to confirm that it has been completed.
